Common questions
Before you call
How much does weekly lawn maintenance cost?
It depends on lot size, how much trimming the property needs and whether there are beds to keep. Typical Elmira residential lots land in a predictable range, and you get a flat per-visit number in writing before anything is scheduled — not an hourly rate.
Do I have to sign a contract for mowing?
For weekly maintenance, no long-term contract. We ask for the season so routing stays sane, and you can stop with two weeks’ notice. Snow is different: winter service is a seasonal contract, because equipment has to be committed before the first storm.
Do you work with commercial properties?
Yes — small retail, offices, apartment buildings and churches. Commercial lots are cleared and salted before opening hours, and grounds work is scheduled outside your busiest part of the week.
What happens if it rains on my service day?
We move you, usually to the next dry day, and you hear about it from us rather than finding out by looking out of the window. Cutting a soaked lawn tears the turf and leaves ruts, so we would rather be a day late than do that to your yard.
Are you insured?
Yes, fully insured for residential and commercial work. Certificates are available for property managers and HOAs on request.
