We do property maintenance — the recurring, unglamorous work that keeps a place looking cared for. We do not do design-build, hardscape or irrigation, and we will tell you who does.
Lawn Maintenance
Weekly or bi-weekly mowing, string trimming, hard edging and a complete blow-off of every hard surface.

A four-round seasonal program: pre-emergent, broadleaf control, summer feed and the critical fall application.
Details 03Aeration & Overseeding
Core aeration and fresh seed for compacted, thin or clay-heavy lawns. Best done in early autumn.

De-thatching, leaf removal across repeat visits, bed clean-outs, perennial cut-back and full debris haul-off.

Seasonal or per-visit plowing on a set trigger depth, hand-shovelled walks and salting.

A perfect lawn with shapeless, weed-filled beds still reads as neglected. Bed work is where a property gains or loses most of its curb appeal.
- Bed edges re-cut by hand to a clean, consistent line
- Hardwood or dyed mulch laid at proper depth — enough to suppress weeds, not enough to smother roots
- Hedges and shrubs trimmed on a schedule, before they swallow the windows
- Weeding through the season, not once in May
- Tree rings re-defined and mulched
What we do not do
Honest limits
We are a maintenance company. We do not build retaining walls, install patios or paver drives, design plantings from scratch, or service irrigation systems. If that is what your property needs, ask us anyway — we work alongside people in Elmira who do that well, and pointing you at the right one costs us nothing.
