The driveway is clear before the coffee is made.
Chemung County takes well over five feet of snow in an average winter, most of it overnight. Winter service is not something you should have to think about, phone about, or wait for.
How a contract works
You do not call us. The snow does.
A trigger depth is set
Two inches is standard for residential drives; commercial lots are often set at one. When accumulation hits the number, your property is on the route — no phone call required.
We clear in storm order
Commercial lots and early-shift customers are opened first, residential drives next, and properties are re-run if the storm keeps producing.
Walks and ice are handled
Steps, walkways and entries are shovelled by hand where a plow cannot reach, and salt or ice melt is applied on contract or on request.

Seasonal contracts are booked before the first storm — equipment and route slots are committed in advance, so late sign-ups are limited.
